Well can't you pick it up again for 10$ lol i like mucking around with that with more than jsut me. Also it gives me a chance to get some more exprience with DnD since a group just popped up (I know BG uses a diffrent edition but meh)
Sorry Mishy no, in all honesty I just staring picking up the PC games again after a long hiatus, playing Rome Total War and Diablo 2. Just primarily XBOX lately.
I still have this, along with Icewind Dale I and II. Heh! I may have to reinstall and fart around in this, again. It may help me get through my desperate need to play tabletop! (Schedules have been bad for my group for about a month, now.)
I think I actually may have played this for a few minutes, or perhaps it was the first game. Captain I, a friend of mine, helped me roll a decent character which I used to play and see a little bit of the beginning. He said he enjoyed rolling until he got a character with good stats but then didn't feel like actually playing the game any more, if I remember correctly. :)
It had something to do with the brand of graphics cards I have (ATI). Anyway it works now so I'll be playing tomorrow. You use GameSpy Arcade to play multiplayer?
Yeah I got them all. I put them in the portraits folder right?
It's been awhile. Anyone know if this is like Diablo where you have to create a seperate character for online and offline gameplay? I'd hate to go through the same frustration I had with Diablo.
yes in the portraits folder. You COULD pregenerate a chracter then import it in offline and online or you could have a single player one than import it from a save file i think
I have to admit that I don't have the greatest amount of patience when it comes to games like Baldur's Gate and Planescape Torment on the PC. While they are great games (my experience with them is short, but I did enjoy them) I find myself thinking "I wish I could play this on my Xbox/TV."
There isn't anything wrong with PC games, it's just more of a matter of comfort for me. I find my room to be a bit more comfortable for playing story based games.
@t0mat03 You know I can relate to this a lot, I haven't been able to just sit down and play baldur's gate it has always been in bits and pieces. However the xbox Baldur's gate : dark alliance me and my friend spent like all day playing through that xD
@Mishy you certain that the allure of fresh Gamer Girl Blood didn't tempt you too much? *bares her neck* I mean, look at that stuff... very tasty... I mean, if I lived off of Girl Gamer Blood, such a neck would be nearly impossible to not bite.
But I guess it was somebody else.
*starts rubbing her neck showing off its full beauty*
But no, I never actually played BG2.

Uh... @mishy... is there a reason I woke up and found bite marks on my neck... I was a little dizzy too, until I ate something.

No im sure it was another vampire who was addicted to gamer girl blood that did it...
*leaps onto Katrina and takes some blood*
oooooooooooooooooooooooooo shit...
*runs away*
Well it is a good thing that:
1) I am not compatible with the Vampyr curse, and .'. cannot be turned.
2) I has a blood letting fetish.
Anyways... need to grab some food ^.^
Nice to know about no. 2 O_O...
Ah well
*bites her again*
*keeps biting*
